Concerned about limited Wishes/Specto nights in December?

Hi all. We are taking our first family trip to WDW 11/25 - 12/2. Given the MVMCP dates I am wondering which night would be best for Wishes and Spectro? This leaves us with 3 choices for Wishes/Spectro. Saturday night 11/25 (the Sat. after Thanksgiving), Sunday 11/26 and Wed. 11/29. I think Sat. 11/25 may not be the best choice since it is our travel day and my kids (both 8) will be tired and based on prior years I think Wishes/Spectro is likely to be late that night?? So, that leaves us with Sunday and Wed. Sunday is EMH evening. So, my question is which will be less crowded, the Sat., Sunday EMH or Wed.? We are spending two full days in MK so I am not too concerned about rides/lines. Just want to have decent views of Spectro/Wishes and maybe do a few rides. Wondering if any Disney veterans have suggestions on the best night?

My choice would be Wed because Sat is always busy and Sun is EMH which is usually a zoo.

We have been vacillating as well. We have a bit more flexibility, as our dates are 11/30 - 12/10. Plans for now are to attend MVMCP on 11/30 and saving our MK day for 12/6. Can't wait for official hours to be released.
