We just booked a Disney Wonder (4 day) cruise for Sept. 28. We are so excited!!! But i just learned that our room choice might be really loud. Our dd will be 2 yo when we go and we want her to be able to sleep. The room is 2021. Does anyone have any experience with this??
Also, does the ship have cribs or do we have to bring a packnplay? THanks

Hi Amy, and welcome to the Cruise Board! :)

Your room is a Category 12 and is under the adult nightclub area; however, DCL has added soundproofing to those rooms so it should not be too bad.

You definitely do not need to bring a crib, just have a request for one added to your reservation. DCL uses the pack 'n' play type cribs.

Enjoy! :)

Pay for one at the port. :) Free upgrades are at Disney's discretion. If you don't want to pay for a higher cabin category now you can wait until you get to the port and check pricing and availability then.

You really may want to consider switching to a Cat. 11 now, they are generally not much more than a Cat. 12 and they are located on Decks 5, 6 and 7. That way you wouldn't have to worry about the possible noise. :)

I ws in room 2021 and 2019 on this past July's cruise. We did NOT hear any noise from above. The only noise that could be heard was during the day, we heard some noise from when they went to go get their bedding. This room isn't below the noisy clubs.

I just called Expedia (the place I booked the cruise through) and we got upgraded to a cat. 11. room 6083. wooohoooo!!! I think that's good news.
