concentration problems...

anyone here have concentration problems??? late in the day i get so distracted by the smallest things, like the heater turning on, cars outside etc... ive been looking at nutrition supplements to take, but does nayone have any experience with them

I have no advice, but I'll answer your question by saying "yes!" I have an extremely difficult time finishing a book, this is how my concentration problems most often surface. I've always been a fantastic reader (majoried in English, even), but now I read so SLOWLY, due to distractions, that I often just lose interest in a book. It is very frustrating, so I'll be interested in hearing what others have to say.

Did you see his presentation today that was done from his lab? Wow!!!!! I wish my basement looked like that !!! I have watched many of his presentations, but never from his lab!!! Can you believe that man is in his 50's???? I think he stumbled on the fountain of youth and isn't sharing it with anybody !!!!

not today, but it's all an act. they pay other companies to make the product in some huge facility. he does not have a private lab that makes that stuff, lol...

No, just caught it on his presentation. DH is on autoship for his Men's Wellness Multivitamins. I use his Secure Meal Replacements. He has great products and is very interesting to listen to. I'm not sure, but I believe he is back on HSN in April. At least I think they said that. Maybe I do need to try the memory formula !!!!

Not yet. Although I do see a change in my memory, not quite as good as it once was. Although, if DH does something to hurt my feelings (VERY rare, he's a REALLY good DH), or says something very nice(more his style ), I never forget those things!! My downfall, my eyes!!! I need readers when I need to read really fine print. Over 40, slowly falling apart !!!!!

over 50 here, and have also noticed memory isn't as sharp as it used to be - sometimes i enter a room forgetting why i'm there - scary!

Well, I'm no health or memory guru, but I say that if you want to give them a try, why not !!!! Anything safe is worth a try.

I would still be inclined to purchase Andrew's products because of, well, Andrew !! DH swears he can tell when he has forgotten to take his vitamins, and I love his meal replacements. He adds nothing extra to his formulations, no fillers. The only "extra", is the gelatin cap the product is contained in. All ingredients are ground into a very fine powder for easy absorption.
