Conceirge and the Dining plan? Both??

We are staying conceirge at WL in Nov. (thanks to my in-laws who are picking up the hotel tab!!!!)
However, they are happy eating conceirge free food all day, but not me..lol. I love to have at least one sit down dinner each day, so i am debating going with the food plan on top of concierge..
It will be me, my dh and my 5yr old dd. So, for 6 nights, it will cost us $522.
To me, it seems worth it.. even for the one good meal (coral reef, etc.) per day!
What do you all think? I have never done the food plan.. so i am a virgin to this!!

We at the AKL conceirge this past June. We found the food in conceirge lounge nice, but nothing could make meal on. What we did eat dinner at a restaurant and not eat desert, and would come back to conceirge lounge and have dessert. We do eat lunch WDW so this did not bother us, and eat one or two big breakfast while we are there so that they had breakfast was fine.

That's what i was thinking. We always eat Breakfast at the conceirge.. that definately saves us $$.. But the rest of the food was nothing to make a meal on (most of the time). I have never stayed Conceirge at the WL - just at BC so i don't know if it is the same foods or not.

For 2 adults, our bills at several restaurants were in the $110-115 range (Le Cellier, Les Chefs de France, Coral Reef). We paid $76 for the dining plan. So, this was definitely a savings. You can easily make breakfast/snacks out of the concierge food, but live on it for several days????

Basically, the cost of the DDP is about equal to the cheapest TS dinners (character meals are $28 + tax and tip....total about $34. Cost of DDP is $38. SO....if you use a TS meal every day, you have gotten at least the value out of the DDP.
