WL concierge is on the 7th floor of the main building. As you step off the elevator, the concierge staff will greet you. There are snacks and beverages out throughout the day at a counter overlooking the WL lobby. Comfy chairs and rockers are located around the railing along with tables, so you can grab a snack and sit & relax.
The food offerings are not meal-sized; but I suppose if you grabbed enough you could make a meal

. The concierge staff were always helpful and willing to get a cold beverage if nothing was out.
My DW and I really appreciated Randall -- he was the BEST! Of course, all the staff were excellent there and they are ready to help you with anything. Very friendly and cheerful, too.
I don't know if any of the rooms can see MK. The resort is surrounded by very tall trees on all sides which gives it a wonderful backwoods feel. You are in the middle of Disney, but at WL you feel miles removed from it.
Be sure to: (1) do the Hidden Mickey hunt; (2) watch the EWP; (3) sign up to be Flag Family (the view is awesome, but be prepared to climb LOTS of stairs -- however, it is worth the effort), (4) try out the rockers in front of the fireplace; (5) visit Whispering Canyon Cafe and Artist Point; (6) try out the beach; (7) check out the geyser. There is a LOT to do at WL -- you will LOVE it.
