Does anyone know how to get rid of the "junk" that is showing after my post?

you need to edit your signature to remove the old countdown timer. Even though the boards shut off the HTML, the system still has that on file for you and wants to do something with it.

It must be in your signature profile. Reciently the DIS turned off HTML stuff because of the security threats that are possible in HTML.

So how to get rid of it -- go to the User CP (in the red bar near the top of the page) and change your signature!
