Computer Question

We just purchased a new computer. On the first time, I had to relog into all my rewards sights that normally would remember me. The one I've had a little problem with is CR. I logged in on the first day no problem. It has remembered me since. The problem comes with the paid email. I receive the email then I click on the link they want me to. When that window opens, it asks me to log in to CR and it won't take my login. I am not much on problem solving when it comes to the computer. My DDs are smarter with the computer than I. I just thought someone out there might know what is going on and what I need to do to fix it. Or might this be something I take up with CR? It's probably very simple. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time!

I get this all the time if I click on the link in the email. I don't know how to fix it but I do know a way around it.

I open up CR in another window and make sure that I'm logged in. Then I copy the URL in the email and paste it into my browser. When I click "go", it takes me to the site and credits me.

I'm sure that it's not the best way to do this but it does work for me.

What are your cookies set to? CR has to be set to accept all cookies.
