Computer Illiterate . . Help!

OK, so I finally figured out how to add clip-art. Now I see that it is too big!! How do I go about shrinking this??

I shrunk it a bit. It's still too big in bytes, but I don't have a good place to store it right now. Just go with this one for the time being. You can see how I did it by looking at your signature in your user cp.
