I'm not sure what is causing this problem, or if I even understand the problem correctly. I'm SO over my head with anything beyond the basics of my computer.
It seems the Background Intelligent Transfer System somehow gets set on manual instead of automatic start up. And that causes Microsoft Updates to fail.
I've changed it to automatic, and then that allows the updates to install correctly, but then it reverts to manual again.
Anybody know what this problem is and how to fix it?
