Computer help needed

I had to download an upgrade for my directx driver. Now my screen is too big and there is a black border around it. How do I fix that? Or where should I look to fix it? Thanks!

And my window is too big for my screen, it disappears on the right side. Do you know what I mean?

Go to your desktop, right mouse click, click on properties, the nsettings. What is your screen resolution numbers??
