We received a complimentary night which does not expire. It says it can not be combined with discount components..but if we want to book a trip with a pin code and use our complimentary night by adding it on. Has anyone done this before?...I would hate to have to switch rooms.

I have to assume a pin code is considered a "discount component." If you want to use the pin code, and the complimentary night doesn't expire, save the free night for another time when you'll be paying full price.

Thanks. We never pay rack rate for a one bedroom villa (which is what our complimentary night is for)...I will probably just call them when we book and see what can be done as it if no different than if we just booked the one free night.

Definitely call and ask what they can do. You may have to make two separate reservations. If that's the case, you can ask the front desk, when you arrive at the resort, if you can simply stay in the same room for the next reservation. It's never a guarantee but we've done it twice and have never had to move rooms.
