Complimentary Magic Your Way Base Ticket -Transferable?

I just went into my mom's MDE & my 5 year old's tickets are not showing up in her MDE. I just purchased them today & they are showing up in my MDE. I cannot figure out how to link them to my parents' account. There is no ticket number listed.

Still trying to contact them by phone to see if their AP's have expired.
The only reason to go into your parents' MDE was to see if you could book FPs for your parents.

Your DD's ticket will only show up in your MDE because you manage her.

Thank you.

I signed into my parents account & tried to book FP for all of us, but it wouldn't allow me to book for them or my 5 year old.

I called my parents & they said their AP's have not expired.

Why won't it let me book their own FP through their own account?

Have they ever booked FPs?

Do they have APs that have blockout dates? That may be it.

Thank you-I want you to know I really appreciate your help!!

Their AP's do have black out dates-they are weekday AP's. But the error shows up before I select a FP date.

When I'm in my MDE account, I click "Get Started" & then it asked me to choose which guests I am booking for. I selected "All" & the error message for just my parents.

When I'm in my dad's MDE account, I click "Get Started" & then it asked me to choose which guests I am booking for. I selected "All" & the error message for my parents & my daughter.

I'm thinking my daughter might pop up as an error because I just bought her ticket today. It shows up fine in my account, but not my parents. Maybe it just takes a while to show up in their account.

But I can't figure out why my parents tickets are showing difficulty?

Just try booking for them-only and choose a weekday.

Check their Tickets and Passes area to see if they even linked their APs.

And, have they ever booked FPs before?

Thank you. Yes, they have definitely booked FP's before, but they have only booked dates that correspond to their hotel reservation dates. Our actual trip is booked for December. Their AP's expire in January, 2018. I checked in their account & their AP's are linked in their account with the expiration date noted.

I just tried again & the error for my parents shows up before I select a date.

It continues to successfully let me book a FP for a random date in June for me, DH, & my DD.

Your parents may have had more than one Disney account based on that email. The best thing to do is call IT and explain their MDE is not recognizing their APs. IT will probably have to merge whatever accounts link up to your parents' email address.
