Complimentary Fridge....

I have heard that you can get complimentary refrigerators in your rooms my husband is a diabetic and we will need one my question is do I need to call now or wait until check-in? Another question should I ask for a complimentary one or just pay for it since we are on the free dining plan

All resorts except the value resorts have the Fridge. If you are staying at a Value and you have a medical need you can call CRO and let them know up front. They will provide one free at the Values for medical needs. they may also ask you to call another # to have this set up. It is the one for medical needs.

If your husband needs a fridge to cool his insulin, I would list that in your reservation.

They should provide a free fridge for a real medical need.

My son's medication needs to be refrigerated. They supplied a free fridge at POP
