Complicated Ticket question

My family and I are coming down for a very short before- and longer after-cruise vacation. We are spending one day/night with no tickets attached to that reservation (room only). Originally, we thought we would, upon return from the 4-night cruise, have 6 days in the parks (different reservation). Due to a change in flight times, we will only have 5 days in the parks. Is it possible for us to use a day of our 6-day PH on our day before the cruise. I know I have 14 days to use the park tickets, once activated, but I didn't know if I could activate our tickets 5 days in advance of the reservation. It's a long-shot, but I'd hate to lose the day of park time, when ....we have it...sort of.
TIA!

Yes. Activate the ticket portion of your package at a Ticket Window for that pre-cruise day. You'll book your FPs for that day as soon as your tickets are activated.

Nope, need a ticket attached to both stays. You won't be able to make fast passes until the second reservation time either. Your other option is to move the tickets to the first reservation, unless you're getting free dining.

1. Sorry, but that's incorrect.
2. THAT is true.

Should have said, you need a ticket attached to at least the first stay, to cover all of your park days.

Sorry, but that is what is not true.

Guests can stop by a guest relations and ask to have their resort package tickets activated up to 10 days prior to the package check-in date.

Ah, I was assuming they'd like fast pass selection 60 days out.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your knowledge and willingness to share it. People who have read my posts know that these trips are all about my adult son, who is autistic. To be able to give him extra Park Time is a treasure. Thank you for blessing him. :cloud9:
