Has anyone else experienced problems with it? I have been trying to log-in and I can't for over a week. I emailed them to let them know and I got a basic generic response 'We are working on it'
I called today because I still can't login. For this month, I can purchase a gift for myself and can find my registry, but can't login to it. This is now the 6th set of a series of phone call I've placed to Disney Honeymoon Registry since I've created it. six different ordeals I've went through with it! Either my mom couldn't purchase a gift, or the system is down, or my information is incorrect, or their systems has bugs and things are showing up correctly, the card printouts don't work, etc. It's been that bad that I honestly feel as though Disney shamed themselves by making this honeymoon registry - I know that's nasty but I'm that fed-up. They have done a horrible job with it. If they can't handle it, they should just cancel it.
I was told on the phone that they have no idea when it will be fixed, apparently it's system wide and is affecting a ton of people for almost 2 weeks now. A ton of guests have been calling about not being able to purchase gifts. What if your shower invites just went out and no one can purchase anything? What's the point of having it???? They have had 2 meetings about it and that's all they are doing.
I'm giving to the end of April, if it isn't fixed, it's canceled. If they do fix it and I have to call one more time to complain about it, then I'm canceling. I'm just so over and done with it!mad:
