Completely confused myself / 9 day hopper with a 6 night package......,

So I am totally getting confused . I had read that purchased tickets separately are nonrefundable from Disney. So I booked a 6 night YC room & 9 day hopper vacation package. ( 9 days were a cheaper rate). Then we are switching resorts to BC CL for the last two nights with a room only reservation for a split stay. So we will be using all 9 days consecutively. Hopefully we can book all our fastpasses at once .
So am I correct to believe if I need to cancel before 30 it’s 100% refundable and from 29-2 days out there is a 200 dollar fee to cancel?
