Completely Alone

I've been to WDW a couple of times as a sidebar to a biz trip. I think I enjoyed the hanging out more than doing the rides alone. I ate at places I'd never convince my family to go, spent more time looking around the shops, etc. It's more fun with the family, but it can still be a very pleasant experience.:earsboy:

I always plan an extra day in Orlando every year after my company's trade show at the Expo center. I usually use that day to go to a park that has a new attraction that I haven't been on yet. Did it with Everest, Soarin', Harry Potter at Universal, etc. Epcot is really great at your own pace, having a few along the way, enjoying the view. The only time I felt strange was at AK, where on the Safari I was seated with a foreign woman with 4 kids, she made me feel like I was a perv or something. LOL Overall, Disney is very friendly for single travelers. I get to do things the kids don't have patience for, and my wife is extremely jealous!

I do solo trips every year that my family can't go or doesn't want to. Married to a teacher, kids in their 20s with jobs. I'll be there in a couple of days for 5 nights. I go to all of the parks, go one the rides and eat at TS. I never feel awkward. About the only thing I don't do much of is wait in long lines. Being solo you can be more flexible on visit the attractions based on wait time. Will be at MNSSHP on the 28th.

Grab a late solo dinner up in the CR and watch Wishes...
