I'm so happy for you! It's great to hear good news about your little one. Being pregnant is fun and very frightening at the same time. My little girl turned 5months today and it feels like just yesterday I was pregnant.
I hope you have a happy healthy nine months (who are we kidding... it's really 10 months) !

I never really got any good ones like that. Even my 'big' u/s at 20 weeks was kind of lame. I got a cute shot of the baby's face, but nothing too snazzy.

I'm glad to hear things are going well, otherwise. I have my 30 week appt. on Friday, eep!

DH and I are still fighting over when we want to take our next trip to WDW. I want to go in Jan. 2010, he'd rather wait till Dec. 2010. Or we could do a cruise... OH THE CHOICES!

I'm feeling much better. I haven't had anymore bleeding and I've been doing alot of resting when I'm at home and staying off of my feel when I'm at work.

We have our next vacation planned - it's obviously Disney in October 2009!! You should totally go in January - your baby will be - what?? - about 15-16 months old?? I hope all goes well with a trip with an infant for us. We'll have my parents with us, so plenty of helping hands!!

heartbeat is at 160...i'm going to guess and say its a girl, but I could be wrong because I was totally wrong about mine. My baby's heart beat has been 140-155 and he turned out to be a boy at our 20 wk ultrasound (which I was soo sure it was a girl...but my mil thought it was a boy because of the lower heartbeat) Apparently girls have higher heartbeats.
At it is pretty cool when they start to move...kind of a wierd feeling. He's moving right now as I type. Only 11 more weeks to go.

Yeah - I've seen the heartbeat 2 times on the ultrasound and heard it twice with the doppler and each time it's always been in the upper 160's. I really want a girl, but I have the **STRONGEST** feeling that it's a boy - which hubby wants and of course I'm thrilled with as long as it's healthy!!! I'm sure these 11 weeks will fly by for you!! I'm sure those movements are amazing feelings and I can't wait to feel it!!

Yes Christmas (and the time around it) is amazing in Disney!! The best part about earlier in December is that the crowds aren't as crazy as right at Christmas/New Years!

Baby's 1st Christmas @ Disney -- that would be AMAZING. Although depending on the baby's age, it's probably not THAT thrilling... My daughter will be just about 3 months old. She won't have any clue, lol. So it'd really just be for my own purposes!

However -- my daughter does have a Minnie dress & matching shoes to wear for Christmas. I got some great deals on the Disneyshopping.com site and couldn't go wrong!

And for the heartbeat thing... It totally could go either way... But, I wanted to mention dreams. Have you had any dreams about the baby? I was *dying* for a little boy (not that I'm upset in any way shape or form), but I had a few dreams before my BIG ultrasound that the baby was a girl... And sure enough... It's a girl

***BABY UPDATE***​

I really, really hate to get this PTR off to a depressing start, but since I'm also using this as a pregnancy/baby update I'll go ahead and post.

Last night at 3am I woke up to find bright red bleeding. My husband and I got dressed and headed straight to the ER. They did an exam and found that I wasn't dilated at all - my cervix was completely closed. They did urine and blood work and all was well with that as well. They also found the baby's heartbeat - it was 155. They told me to call my regular OB 1st thing monday morning and get an appointment. The OB on call put me on full bedrest until I am able to see my regular OB and she tells me differently. He says it looks good because my cervix is closed, the baby still has a good heartbeat, and my bloodwork is good but I needed to take it extremely easy. This is my 1st pregnancy and I'm very worried and scared. I will be calling my OB 1st thing tomorrow morning and demanding an apt and an ultrasound. Please keep me and my baby in your thoughts and prayers if you would.

Now I couldn't imagine my life any other way!! This baby has already been such a blessing and we are soooo excited!!

I haven't had any dreams - I just have had the STRONGEST feeling that this baby is a boy since around 8-9 weeks!!! It's so odd because I wanted a girl, but as my pregnancy progressed I just pictured the baby as a boy. I know deep down that it's a boy and I'm thrilled with that!! I'm so sure of it that I don't even look at girls bedding or clothes or anything like that - it's strictly boy stuff!!!

Our baby would *ALMOST* or may even be a year old already depending on when we go in December. Because of my gestational diabetes there's a good chance they'll induce me at 37 weeks - so the baby could very well be born the 1st or 2nd week of December. That would mean the baby would be a year old at Disney!! WOW - celebrating his 1st birthday AND his 1st Christmas with the mouse!! HOW MAGICAL!!!
