COMPLETED-136 Points Needed 2/24-3/4, Studio

I am interested in renting points at one of the DVC resorts for these days - check in Friday 2/24, check out Saturday 3/4 - for 8 nights (Friday through Friday Night). SO I would need 1 week plus a Friday night. Preference is Old Key West. Would need a total of 136 points by my calculation (I am new to this). For a Studio standard room. But I will take any resort Studio standard room. Will pay up front - I know I am within the 30 day cancellation window. Am eager to move on this. Just discovered DVC as an option to traditional resorts.

What size unit and how many points?

I am a novice to this - I would like a studio at Old Key West - and from what I can tell on the points calculator - I could need 109 points for the week PLUS 27 points for the 8th night which happens to be a Friday night for a total of 136 points. Can you help me?
