complete Orlando

When do Complete Orlando send out your tickets, vouchers etc for a booked holiday? Is it around 2 weeks before departure? Not used them before so not sure what to expect.

We received ours a couple of weeks ago and we travel on the 30th October, the universal tickets came first separately

If it's a flight-inclusive package then I think they send them out approximately two weeks before. I haven't had mine yet.

We are hotel and tickets only with them at OKW and they sent the accomodation voucher as soon as we paid.

That's probably about right, it wasn't long after I paid our balance we got ours!

Our was the same except you don't even need that piece of paper! Checked to OKW in automatic and just handed over my driving licence - all checked in and went to our room. A couple of days later I came across the 'voucher' in my bag! Ended up in the bin
