Hi everyone I know it has been a while since I've made these calendars and I'm sure we have plenty of new players now on the DIS boards. Basically I create the lists of events because some players have trouble viewing the calendar on the homepage and this is a way to look up those events. So here we go for Tiki Month!

All Special Events and Released items can be found at the bottom of the post. The Calendar will begin with August 1st which is a Wednesday and then work it's way to Tuesday. Room Makeover events are still considered Special Events.

Hula's Hukilau

Come party with the Tiki Gods, and their Tiki Queen, Hula. Hang out in this tropical hide away for a few moments, take a picture, and enjoy an imaginary pineapple float!

Yes usually there are a variety from past host pins dating back to the first year of vmk

Aren't there supposed to be cowboy surf items coming out next month?? In Yavn's section of the newsletter, they show a picture of a dude wearing a new surf cowboy hat. Idk if that's the only clothing item being released that month or not...

I just put the surf table up there because I know that was coming out and I thought maybe the cowboy stuff would be out monday.

Ok aside from that I should have said. That seems to be the only difference in things but I don't do that so no biggie. I'm glad that you and the others have that to look forward to though. And I hope we don't see a ton of the same things as last time when people realized no host pin. I really don't think its that big a deal if there is one or not. Not when we have other things to look froward too (surfboard table is pretty cool ). Yes we will have to buy them but so what I rather buy the stuff then wait forever in a line for a host room and then hope I pick the right teleporter or win whatever game.
