Me either. My swaps from Topper and Tag got here within 2 days and I know my items for Animal Kingdom swap only took 2 days to get there.

I haven't received mine either and I'm in Illinois. I also sent enough cash to get it sent back Priority as well.

If they went out on the 7th-this Thursday will be the 17th(almost two weeks). That's a bit concerning considering most priority mail is two or three days, four at the most.

Ladies-
I have been on vacation and not in touch with this much in the last week or so. I am working on contacting the hostess. We are working on getting things together. I am sorry that our hostess seems to have gone missing in action- we do try and make sure they are someone who has been on the board for awhile before having them hostess but we never know when something crazy might happen.

Ifn you have any questions that I can answer feel free to pm me and I will get back in touch with you as soon as possible (probably not until Sat as of this evening as I will be packing away my computer to go home very soon as my car leaves at 7:30am in the morning).

I do want to remind you that while as moderators we try to facilitate things as much as possible swaps on the board are at your own risk. Getting to know everyone on the board is a big part of all of this and I do encourage each of you to become an active member of our community.

I know that you guys will do whatever you can and ultimately it is a chance we take. I would like t see a positive outcome from this swap. But either way, I am very comfortable with the rest of you one here and am sure that this kind of thing will not happen with the other grat hostesses I've dealt with! I love doing this and think you are all (mods, hostesses, swappers, etc) are great people and super scrappers! Let's not let this bad experience put a bad taste in the newbies' mouths!

This is really to bad. This is why I had stopped swapping on here previously. I had done it about 2 years ago and had a negative swap which after quite some time I did get, but it was enough to make me call it quits. Was starting to run low on elements, so I thought I would give it a try again. It is too bad that this is my first one back!!! I also participated in another one and I am sure that one will turn out fine. Thanks for the updates it is appreciated!

I have been in touch with the moderators. Long story short, I gave the packages to by boyfriend to mail and he swore to me that they went out on the day he was supposed to mail them. When you guys still hadn't received them and began asking for the DC#s I asked him where they were and he confessed to me that he hadn't sent them yet and they were still in his car.

I have repackaged everything. I hadn't cashed any checks yet and still had your money put aside since I hadn't had time to go to the bank. All your money is being returned to you and I have included several pieces of Disney related scrapbooking supplies. These are swapped pieces that came from my personal stash that I truely hope that you like.

Please accept my apologies. I now for sure now that if you want something done right, you better do it yourself.

I hope to get it in the next few days.. however, I'm leaving on Tuesday night...so if you have not heard from me, just check the DC number and to ease your mind see that it is in my hometown as my mail is being held...
I'll confirm for sure when I return home and receive my mail after the holiday...
