My swap sign-ups are kinda sad huh compared to everyone else?

I wouldn't say that- we have been down a bit in participation in many of the swaps this year- between events in people's lives and such many just aren't quite ready to make the commitment to do too much (which is better than dropping out halfway through). I would suggest giving yourself at least a week from sign-ups starting to make decisions.

I agree with Rebecca. Sometimes people want to think a little and get their idea ready before signing up, or check through their supplies and work out if they need to buy a load or if they can do it from their stash. You only need four more people doing two each and we're there! And its not as big a deal as doing a page swap, or even elements, as its only 13 each of one small thing, not 13 each of three things per letter. And some people can't Dis while working, so may be waiting for a bit of "me time" to catch up.

It is also a nitch market. It appeals to a select group as opposed to the Park swaps that are more general.

I find that this one, the altered binders, rolodex, complete pages and ABC swaps are much slower because not everyone is interested or has a use. It has nothing to do with the hostesses. Even when they change, the swaps themselves are still slow.

And I think most of us are making the ATC to keep separate. Not everyone has a place to keep their cards. It is hard to picture putting them on a scrapbook page. These are items that beg to be touched. Most folks on this board are scrapbook makers. Me, I'm just a swap maker.

My plan for these is to mount them in a frame - one of those deep ones, if I can find one, otherwise my local framer has just reopened so I'll get them to do it - and hang it somewhere so I can gloat over it
