Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone out there had a telephone number or address of where I can contact Disney for a complaint I need addressed above the hotel management level. Can't seem to find a number for their Corporate Offices.

I had to write a letter about a situation that happened on April 15th I mailed it the 17th and by Monday 21st I had a phone call from Al Weiss's secretary who was making the first point of contact. The situation was that bad that Al Weiss needed to get involved.

If you email a letter it can be received fast but it can easily be deleted. If you handwrite the letter they will know that whatever the concern was it was important enough for you to take the time to sit down , write or type the letter , print it out, stuff the envelope, and spend the price of a stamp to mail it.

They tend to respond but people do get responses from emails just sometimes not as quickly.

I hope whatever was wrong didn't ruin your trip and hope they are able to at least listen.

I used the Contact Us page on www.disneyworld.com. I had just a few things happen during one of our stays and I contacted them this way. Within just a little while, I received the automatic response saying somebody would get with me. Then a day or so later, I received a telephone call from the corporate offices. I was very pleased with their response to my communication.
