Where/to whom should I address a complaint about my recent trip to DLP? We did address the issue at the time at the resturant concerned and at guest relations but this did not reach a satisfactory resolution. Not sure who to turn to now!

I'm not entirely sure, I think it might be best to ring the information number and ask to be put through to someone.
From personal experience I know, however, that it'll be a hard fight with little or no outcome :(
Good luck to you though!

Thanks - I realise this from the response and attitude I had at Guest Relations.

Oh good grief, don't even get me started about Guest Relations. I DREAD having to go there again. And I simply don't have a choice as that's where I need to get tickets for people coming in with me on AP discount (I have an AP).

I got my girlfriend a discounted day ticket from the main ticket stalls, didn't think you had to go to guest relations.
