For any of you that followed my original complaint thread (that was closed) about my most recent trip here is an update.
Just got a call from Disney Corporate.
She addressed many of my issues. She did say the parks have a new Prez and VP so hopefully all the bugs will be worked out.
It was more of a "Thanks for writing to us" type of call. But what made me feel good is that my letter had made the rounds thru the Disney Corp offices.
We talked about the glitches in the rides. She said the trouble is they are open 365 days a year and its tough to have scheduled maintenance.
And silly me, i forgot to talk to her about the Monorail Odor, but if they read the letter......they got the message.
I accomplished what i had hoped to do. Get the attention of disney mgt. and hopefully quality will improve for other families and visitors.
