Comped QS Meal Voucher?

I had a few issue with my room and was given a voucher for one QS meal. Does anyone know if this can be used outside of my resort? I would prefer to use it in a park rather than at All Star Music.

If there are restrictions it will be noted on the voucher. I doubt there would be any problem using this at any Disney QS location.
