We are in the process of packing up here at BC after an eight day stay. Cannot say enough positive/good things about being here as this was our first time. The 2 b 2 ba unit we had in Bldg. 3 was gorgeous. We faced the lake and could see Space Ship Earth along with their "higher" fireworks and to the right of that we could see the Magic Kingdom's fireworks (that's when we were here). Loved the fact that there is more than one pool available, miniature golf, playgrounds, huge grills under a pavilion along with the games and activities in the main building.
We were asked upon arrival if we wanted to set up an appt. for a sales presentation. Because we had already purchased park tickets, they offered us $100 in Disney dollars. Told them we had just arrived and would like to think about it. Not one phone call regarding this while we were here for the week.
Yes, to the right of our building is construction. (They are even working today, Sat. ) Consruction noise did not ever wake us up from our sleep and once in awhile you would hear some kind of construction noise, I think maybe a truck beeping as it was backing up, other than that, very quiet.
Yes, we would stay here in a heart beat. Love being able to have some down time away from Disney, the ability to throw a load or two of laundry in when I felt like it, and because it rained more than usual this week, room for all of us when we needed a few extra indoor minutes. But, that is our own opinions, and what we may like may not be someone else's choice. While we rented a car, we were so close to the parks, maybe 10 min. tops it would take us from walking out the door to hitting the ticket turnstyles.
All I could suggest is to try it just once. You won't know your likes or dislikes until you do, it's the only way to find out!
