Have you ever tried this site? I don't know how they get all these figures but it is pretty interesting. For School ratings my city in Florida scored 7.50, the national average is only 4.80 and I see Orlando is just 4.60. I always heard our city was ahead in this respect. Our water gets a 100, National Average is just 50 and Orlando just 60 (I never understood why people talk about FL water/education like it is all the same!) . We do have a higher than average property tax though. We only have 36 days out of the year that the weather is below 32 (Orlando only has 2!).
