Compact car at Avis?

Does anyone know what Avis has for compact cars at MCO? I know that the make/model isn't guaranteed, but the reservation says Kia Soul (although the picture looks more like a Honda Fit). I drive a Soul at home and would be happy to rent one. I know how they handle and how much stuff I can put into it. However, for $1 more I can get a standard car (Malibu or similar) at Hertz. I'm really leaning towards the Soul, as it's a vehicle I'm accustomed to driving- so I was just wondering if anyone knew what Avis has in stock for compact cars.

Not sure any insight here will do you any good, as inventory changes multiple times a day. Just because someone got a Soul X number of days or weeks ago doesn't mean there will be one for you when you arrive.

In fact, it's more likely than not you'll be in a different vehicle. If you NEED that specific one, I'd think twice.

I don't have any insight to what is currently on the lot but here is a list of the current Avis compact fleet:

If you are preferred you should be able to change your assigned vehicle via the app. Here are instructions:

• Preferred customers renting at Connected Locations have the option to Exchange or Upgrade using the app.
• The App shows information of the assigned vehicle such as: make, model, color, year, MPG and how many passengers the car will accommodate.
• Tap “My Car” located at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap “Change Vehicle” below the car image.
• The “Confirm Vehicle” button is located to the left.
