comp night question

I received a voucher for a one night complimentary stay at Portofino club level (due to issues from my previous stay). It expires on 12/16, but we won't be arriving until the 22nd. Has anyone had experience extending past an expiration date? ~Thanks

you should contact the manager of the hotel and ask him.

i am assuming the hotel gave you the comp night.

since they know the background info of the situation, maybe they would have no problem accepting the voucher.

i had a 'rainy day' voucher at one of the hotels prior.
it was for HRH.

i contacted the person on the voucher at the hotel and they made the ressie in my name for me.

i am thinking it would have to be approved by an official at the hotel to extend it past the expiration date.
