Commute to MK from POR

I would like to know how long it takes by car to get from POR to the Magic Kingdom. We have an 8:15 reservation at Crystal Palace for a character breakfast. The park opens at 9.

What time should we leave POR?

It only takes maybe five minutes to drive to the MK parking lot. But then you will board a tram to TTC, pick up a monorail or boat to the MK Gate. So 30-40 minutes would be my estimate. I would suggest taking the bus as they drop you off right at the gate and shouldnt take more then 20 minutes.

We stayed at POR on our last vacation in Oct. The actual distance is about 5 miles. Total travel time is about 30 minutes. You first arrive at the parking lot, then to take a tram to TTC, and then a boat or monorail to the front entrance.
