Communication with TA

Last twice I have emailed my DU agent I have had a response back within the hour. Just can't fault her service. This is the 4th time using them and won't hesitate again next time.
 
I stopped using du because i wasn't happy with my agent. i think once your a client your bookings always go to that t.a. and it just wasn't working for me. i felt i was scolded by her once and that just left a sour taste in my mouth, so when all my bookings were done with her i left.
other than that, they were a great company, just not for me.
 
We just booked our 4th cruise - 3rd with our DU TA. When booking through the DU website, I had a choice of TAs (drop down menu). It was awesome.

If you are having a problem, please contact John so he can get it "fixed". From what all I have seen and read they are a great company and really care about their customers.
