I am starting this really quick after just getting back from a weekend trip with the Scouts.
I can't say that I ate the best over the weekend, but I don't think that I did that much harm. We did get our exercise while trying to learn to ski. That is another story in itself.
My commitments for the week are:
Exercise 5/7 days
Eat breakfast every morning
Take my vitamin
Those are what I am going to focus on this week. I haven't had time to read the end of week 4, but will get over there tomorrow to finish reading.
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Can you believe we are into week 5 of our commitments to ourselves? I think it is just great. Keep up the good work. We are stronger than we think, especially when we work as a group.
