I wanted to go ahead and get our 3rd week thread going tonight. I am still focusing my goals in the area of drinking water and eating more veggies. I plan on cooking a little more at home this week, so that should help.
I also plan on exercising 5/7 days this week. I am sending loads of PD to everyone for a great week.

. I decided to take the weekend of eating and learn from it. Since we had snow over the weekend I made a large pot of baked potato soup that we lived off of....you know Southerner's don't fair so well in snow/ice and rumors were that the power would go off and soup was an easy fix for the grill stove if needed. But I felt so run down and stuffed all weekend, it really wasn't worth going off plan.
I just can't get enthused about it! Attitude adjustment needed!
