Remember the commercial for Enjoli perfume? My mom and I are having a disagreement over the lyrics. I say that the song said Enjoli at the end of each line. My mom insists they never say the name of the perfume until the very end. Anyone know who is right? We really need to get a life, don't we?

I think it's "don't forget the romance" instead of "he's a man". BUT, my memory is foggy--that was a long time ago!!!

I always sing this song!! and I do remember the "enjoli" at the end of each line. It was one person singing the line and a group doing the "enjoli". (I actually wore Enjoli at the time.)

Even when I saw the title to your thread I started singing and of course it was, " I can bring home the bacon....Enjoli...Fry it up in the pan......
