Commercial at the bottom of this page with sound

For the second time this week a commercial has come up at the bottom of this website with sound. Very annoying. I'm hoping you have rules against these types of ads. It was Donnie Harrison for Sherrif ad.
 
....I got that last night - darn near scared the begeebies outta me!
