I was wondering if anyone has received any response from DCL after your cruise if you had any problems or concerns you had mentioned on your comment card you turned in.
 
We have not made comments worth replying to, but we did notice that there really isn't ANY space to write in comments/suggestions/concerns unless you write around the margins.
 
I have sent a letter after every cruise letting them know what I liked and disliked (I've only had one dislike)

I've always gotten a letter in response. If they have done anything for the CM's that I talk about I don't know about it. But it's always nice to get a response.

I know the Cruise line always likes to know what they can improve on. So if there was something amiss during your cruise, please send them a letter.
 
I forgot to turn in my comment card at the end so I e-mailed DCL directly. I told them the names of my servers and cabin steward were a told them what a great job that they did. I wanted to make sure that they got credit for a job well done. Guest communications promptly e-mailed me back thanking me for the wonderful comments and said that my letter would be put in each one's personal file "as a record of their dedication to the Disney spirit of hospitality".

FYI, the CMs that are mentioned by name get recognition from their department and it goes in their permanent record. It makes a difference especially in the morale for the CM. We all do better when folks recognize our efforts.
