I'm so bummed right now, it's nap time at the hotel and I went to send in my lunch update from Cosmic Rays... The picture isn't on my phone. I know I took one, but it seems to have disappeared somehow! DH and I both ordered chicken nuggets. He got the carrot cake dessert, I got the mango sorbet. The chicken nuggets were standard. The mango sorbet tasted a little weird, but I still ate it because it was so hot and muggy outside and it was cooling me off! DD also enjoyed the sorbet sort of, she would make a funny face (I think from the coldness), then say yum and want more. Lol. Anyway, she's having a fantastic first birthday and we're headed back to MK as soon as she wakes up so we can attend out first MVMCP. Just not sure where we'll eat dinner...

I also wanted to report that I wanted to get lunch at BOG. People were lined up before 10 to have lunch there! We walked by again around 11 after experiencing Under the Sea, and the line was so long, there was no way we were going to wait.

JessiLynn said, "Mom got the chicken with black beans. She also got the cheesecake. She gave this meal a 3 out of 5.
She said the beans/rice were not flavorful and the rice wasn't fully cooked."

Mongolian Beef with noodles & Chocolate Mousse Cake


JessiLynn said, "DH chose Mongolian Beef with noodles and then the chocolate mousse cake from the bakery.
He loved both! He gave it a 4 out of 5 stars."

JL015 said, "I also had the beef & noodles. For dessert I chose the cheesecake with berry topping.
This meal was definitely a 5 out of 5. I cleared my plates before everyone else."

She said, "Mom stayed back with Kesler today because she needed to rest her leg. So, DH and I took on Animal Kingdom.
We had a 2:30 ADR at Y&Y, but we were able to walk in at noon!"

JessiLynn said, "I had the Mahi Mahi. This dish was excellent. Even DH liked it and he isn't a big fish eater."

Shaoxing Steak and Shrimp - skirt steak, tempura-battered shrimp, jasmine rice, stir-fried vegetables, chili plum dipping sauce



JessiLynn said, "DH had the steak and shrimp. He really enjoyed it and said it's a place he'd like to visit again.
He rated his meal a 4.5 out of 5."

New York Cheesecake with mango and strawberry coulis, and fresh whipped cream


JessiLynn said, "DH had the cheesecake. He's a huge cheesecake fan so of course he loved his dessert.

Fried Wontons
skewers of fresh pineapple and cream cheese wontons with honey vanilla drizzle and vanilla ice cream


JessiLynn said, "I had the wontons for dessert and they didn't disappoint. I loved the sauce they served on top."



JL added, "Overall it was a great meal. I'm glad the negative reviews didn't sway me away."
