Besides Watchmen and Batman, I really liked 300, V for Vendetta, Hellboy and Sin City.

Went hunting - wiki has a pretty good list. I forgot that Bulletproof Monk was a comic book, and I've tried hard to forget about Daredevil, Electra and Catwoman. Constantine was okay, and Howard the Duck is an excellent bad movie.

My absolute favorites include --

Batman Begins and The Dark Knight
Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2
X-Men and X2: X-Men United
Iron Man (and very surprised since I've never really read the Iron Man comics)
Superman and Superman II
The Incredibles -- a great melding of The Fantastic Four and Watchmen
Powder -- if you think of the character as a mutant in the Marvel universe, this movie is spot on

Other favorites --

The Crow -- it's been a while since I've seen it but it was very good. Friends who read the comic said it was very true to the book.
Batman -- the first one with Michael Keaton. Would have been in the top tier but Chris Nolan's vision of Gotham made me realize how much the very gothic vision Tim Burton had bothered me. Of the sequels, Batman Returns is very Burtonesque dark and moody and Batman Forever decent but slightly tiptoeing into camp.
Hancock -- Will Smith has to be a closet comic book geek
Darkman -- from Spidey director Sam Raimi and stars Liam Neeson
Unbreakable
Sky High
Justice League: The New Frontier -- a direct to dvd movie that's a very close adaptation of a miniseries DC published.

average and okay, but didn't stink
The Fantastic Four movies
X-Men 3 -- just didn't quite have the same wow factor the other two did, but Kelsey Grammer did very well as the Beast
Watchmen -- I love love LOVE the graphic novel and highly recommend it. The movie was impressive in some ways but I was disappointed in many other ways.
Daredevil
The Rocketeer -- also been a while on this one and might actually fit into the next category up
The Hulk

Forgettable
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - nothing absolutely nothing like the book
Batman and Robin -- stay away. Very very far away. ew.com put it best in a recent photo gallery: "Nipples. On. The. Bat. Suit."
Spawn -- well, if you like McFarlane's work you might like this one
