The only way you are going to be sure you are getting freshly cleaned is to bring your own and I must say that if anyone is truly that germophobe I have no idea how they get out of the house.
Asking for housekeeping to bring a new comforter or blanket does not gaurantee it is any cleaner than the one on the bed when you check in.
They of course change the sheets, they do not change blankets or comforters/bedspreads after each guest.
This is industry standard and the next time anyone complains about the rising cost of Disney rooms you can add all this additional changing of bedding to the rising costs.
