I am looking for a comfortable walking sneaker. I usually wear New Balance. They are very comfortable but I am looking for a change.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

New Balance are the best! I will also wear L.L. Bean adventurer which are summer, sneaker shoes. They can get wet and are extremely comfortable. I always wear them at AK.

I went to The World last year with a friend. I had some new Reebok EasyTone shoes that I cannot say enough good things about. I have never liked Reebok before but someone in the mall was bragging on them so much I had to try them.

Let me tell you: it was like walking on clouds, my feet never bothered me for a second and my friend kept complaining about his Puma's to the point the I stopped in Epcot one day and said "Just switch shoes with me, no way it's that bad".

We swapped. I walked. I cried.

It was truly remarkable how much difference the shoes made.

I don't know if you are male/female, but I do know that right now in Dicks Sporting Goods (if one is near you) they have a huge sale on those shoes for women, my friend just bought us a couple new pairs for our trip and I'm thrilled.

If you happen to be in the mall try them on, it'll only take a sec, you'll see what I mean.

Also, I think JC Penny has lots of them too.

I have foot problems and recently devloped a knee problem. I wore Nikes and New Balances before. Then I read an article about Asics. They cured the foot and knee problems in a matter of weeks - without medical intervention. I was actually supposed to go to physical therapy and couldn't get in for several weeks and that is why I got the shoes. Needless to say, no physical therapy for me! I will never go back to the other brands.

I also have foot problems and recently bought a pair of Merrell sneakers for myself and DH. they are AMAZING! Usually I have to wear orthotics in my shoes but I don't with these. And I just went to the foot doctor and he said those are the brand he always recomends. My husband has block feet as I call them and the wides fit his foot perfectly as well. So we bought a second pair to alternate on our 10 day trip. Order from Zappos.com and if you don't like them its free shipping both ways.

You coud get a hundred different answers about what is best for that persons foot. You should go into a store and have someone assess your gait---walking. They will tell you 'how' you walk and what kind of shoe is best for you. Some think New Balance is the only way to go. Or Asics. I'm an all out Saucony fan after being in New Balance for years. My arch changed on my one foot after surgery and New Balance can have me in tears. Nothing against their shoes.....just doesn't work for me. What will work for some people, will NOT work for others. These are higher end shoes that are made for people who pronate and supinate.....turn there foot out and in when the walk.

You want a good shoe for you? Go to a good shoe store, have someone assess you, and get the shoe that is good for you:) Could be anything, from what people have posted here, to Reebok to Adidas.

Good luck and happy travels to Disney!!!!
