curious if anyone knows what time the shuttle arrives at the port or are there multiple shuttles through out the day?

There are multiple port shuttle times that you can sign up for. We took the one at 11 am. Memory is a little fuzzy, but I think it was every half hour. Since we were arriving late, I called the morning of to get put on the slot I wanted the next day.

I just booked this hotel this week for eight family members. I heard that the company that offers the transfers offers a return service from the port to the airport for a fee. Did you use this? My DD will be 6 and DS will be 3 when we travel. Did people need car seats on the transport to the port or was it a large bus?

Sorry if I hijacked the thread but info is hard to come by for this hotel.

TIA

When we stayed there before our Disney cruise, the earliest was (leaving Comfort Suites) 9:30. Not sure about the other times, but I know there was an 11:30, because we signed up for that one first. I wanted the 9:30, but they didn't have enough spots available for our family of 10. Later that evening, after we returned from dinner, I noticed a different lady at the front desk, so I asked if there were any openings for the 9:30 shuttle. She said "no, but let me check at the Days Inn", and she got our family on the 9:30 "Days Inn" shuttle......jonathan

From hotel to port was a shuttle bus. My kids were about the same ages and we didn't use car seats. We rented a car after the cruise for a few extra days, so I don't know about the return service.

If you were planning to use the airport to hotel shuttle - that one was a van (seats about 9?). We had to wait a bit for it and also had to bypass a group waiting at another terminal because the van was already full. :( Other than that, it was a great stay.
