Comfort Inn Maingate West

This just came up for $26/nite over Columbus Day weekend. Says that all rooms have microwave and refrigerator, and the usual Comfort Inn continental breakfast. Has anyone stayed here recently (like in the past few years)? What do you think? I'm not terribly picky, although the place must be CLEAN! That's my major point. Have stayed at many Red Roof Inns/Econolodges, but will NEVER return to a Travelodge as they seem to always be dirty/nasty. Can't deal with scary rugs or really gross bathrooms or mildew odor in the air, although I'm not above taking a spray can of scrubby bubbles to the toilet if need be! I've also heard that the swimming pool is unheated here. I'm hoping that the cheap price is a reflection of the location, WAAAAAY out on West Irlo Bronson. Hotel web site is not particularly helpful- I hope you can be! THanks!

we will be staying at a comfort inn next month the one in lake buena vista. we have friends that stayed at this one (lake buena vista) in may and was real happy with it but it is 40ish a night. they just remodeled this one not too long ago. but we stayed at this one in 95 and it was nice and clean. had the shuttles back and forth to the parks all day.nice swimming pool. already made ressies about a year ago and it will only be about 300.00 for 7 nights and 6 days opposed to way over a thousand on property. you just can't beat. but trust me if it isn't clean i will go else where. but like i said our friends were there and they said how nice it is. i really don't know about the one you're talking about but you would think it would be just as nice. can't wait to go. have a wonderful trip. i know we will.

Room was nice and clean. 2 double beds, fridge and microwave.
Can't say for sure if the pool was heated or not but hubby and the kids where swimming till 10pm each night and it was warm.
Breaky was typical, bagels, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, etc

Hotel is about 10 - 15 min to Disney and there is a Denny's right across the street.

Not sure what else to tell you. I would definatley stay there again.
