I just saw this in my e-mail from Spirit Airlines. If you book the first night at $9.00, additional nights are $49.95. For two nights it come to just over $66 with free continential breakfast (although we have heard it is not great) and kids eat free.

When I did my reservation, there must have been a glitch in the system, because my reservation for two nights is for a negative amount. It lists my first night as -$31.95 and the second night for $9.00. I am sure this will be corrected as it is a computer error and I really don't mind paying $33/night to be this close to WDW.

Here is a link to the special. Hope someone can save a little for a few extra Mickey Icecream bars :mickeybar

I just received my confirmation e-mail which shows my total for two nights as........(wait for it)..... $-25.82. I'm not planning on this holding up, but I do have it in writing in their confirmation. I still think $33/night on a weekend is a great rate and this is an OK hotel as we have stayed here in the past for a few days.

Wanted to add that the special is available for stays from 4/29/08 through 6/30/08. Sorry I didn't include this initially. I was just so excited to finally score a computer error! These never happen to me, I just read about them on the budget board!

Thanks for the info. I was looking at different places for 2 nights prior to our check-in at our condo. One night will be arrival night, which will be LATE anyway. $33/night is great!!!!

Thanks for sharing.

Just an FYI.
My sister and I just stayed here 2 weeks ago for 3 nights and had a very nice stay.
A microwave and fridge is included with your room and there aren't any of those "service fees" at check out!
I would stay again if I didn't just get back.
Hhmmm, let me think about this......

Thanks for this post.:goodvibes I just booked four nights in May and it cost half the price of the other hotel I had been looking at.:cool1:

I am so glad I could help a few of you save some money. We stayed here before on the Orlando Magic Card rate and it was worth it. I love the location since you're close to so many restuarants, DTD and the parks.

Hope you all have great trips!

Thanks, it helped us also. I was looking for a cheap hotel for a few nights and I booked!

Jenn

Thank you so much.....:hippie: ..

I booked 4 nites.. I am only going to US/ioa, but this is the cheapest i found with a micro/fridge..

I did alot of research on many sites and hotels.. called the numbers and at the end of the day this is what i can afford after postponing my trip 3 months ahead of planned.

178 bucks 4 nites:cheer2: :cheer2:

i just stayed there from 4/20 - 4/25. i thought the hotel was very nice and had no problems with it, clean and the staff was very friendly. the free continental breakfast was just okay but its free and continental doesn't mean its a huge filling meal :)

I would bring the copy of your reservation that they sent to you. I am pretty sure that the hotel has to give you what was guaranteed. Although I don't think they will give you $$ back, I do think you will get the room for FREE!!
I remember a few years back it was all over the news that one of the BIG Holiday Inns in Orlando had a glitch in their computer system and they were giving rooms for $0.01 or something crazy like that. They honored the rate.
I would think that legally they have to hold up their end of the bargain.
YIPPEE for You!:cheer2:

Thank you so much, Momofpirates! I just booked 2 nights for us over Mother's Day weekend. Great deal! They didn't even blink when I said I have 3 kids :woohoo:

Anyone use the shuttle when they stayed there? For those that did... Do they pretty much stick to the schedule? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Also, concerning the continental breakfast.. I've see it referred to as continental breakfast, and then somewhere else as buffet breakfast.. are these one and the same or is there also a "hot" buffet for breakfast?

Lastly.. apparently they give you $25 in food coupons.. can anyone tell me what these can be used for?

Thanks a bunch!

hi!
the shuttle was always right on time. it does seem to fill up but there was never anyone who didn't get on.
there are two different breakfasts. a free continental breakfast and a hot breakfast buffet. we just went with the continental because the buffet was pretty pricey maybe $8 or so and i never really saw anyone over there. maybe because of that.
i never got any food coupons so i'm not sure what thats about. i did get a couple coupons for restaurants in the area. a free appetizer at planet hollywood and the crab house(which is a couple buildings over)

also right next door is Ci Ci's Pizza....buffet for only $5.49. we loved it! :)

FYI: The special "$9 first night" special isn't available Memorial Day weekend (as if that really surprises anyone) -- well, at least not Saturday night...

However, they're still offering a discount for those dates: 20% off regular rates

$52/night for the Standard Room
$76/night for the Family Fun Suite

Not bad, really. I've considered staying here several times, but just can't get myself to book it. I can get some bad allergic reactions to cats & dogs, and I know this place is pet-friendly -- how do they handle this?

Oh, here's the link to check rates at Comfort Inn LBV

That's a great deal considering I just booked with HomeWood Suites for 119 a night for 8 days. I might have to rethink this. Thanks for posting this wonderful deal. The only thing I am worried about is it being pet friendly.

Thanks for the tip! I just booked 6 nights in early June for $290 including tax.

We just extended our stay to 12 days and booked the last two nights at this hotel on this deal. Glad I found it. That's 4 nights at $33 (planning that they don't honor my initial confirmation of -$25 for the first two nights).

Glad everyone else could save on this deal!

Well, I was pretty happy with this deal, until we got there... we checked in late.. arriving after midnight after enjoying EMH at Epcot on 05/16, and when we got to our room, it was quite obvious that the previous guest was a smoker (the room was supposed to be non smoking.. sign outside the door confirmed this)... the room reeked and there was no other room they could put us in as they were fully booked... the were supposed to see about changing our room for the second night but somehow that fell through...

Other than that, the room was ok... enough room to get around and the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave which we used... can't comment on the continental breakfast that was included.. overslept the first morning and we had to leave early the second morning.

They don't.

There was a huge stink like this on www.flyertalk.com Folks got downright hysterical when there "deals" were not honored. They went so far as to call lawyers to start a class action suit...:lmao: The lawyers told them they had no legal case. Something about "prudent consumer"

My wife and I have been planning a short two nighter after we drop our kids off at camp in a couple of weeks. This offer is the best I have found while researching. We booked 6/22 and 23.

Booked 6 nights starting 6/21 yesterday, with tax was right at $290. Great rate and a great location, love staying in the LBV area. Thanks to the OP for posting the link.
