Comfort Inn Lake buena Vista?

I am wondering what building/area to request? I have read to request a parking lot view to avoid noise form the I-4 but also wondering about what building/section to request in order to be able to see any Disney fireworks?

Also wondering if any buildings have recently been renovated, if so I will definately request that building.
