Comfort Inn I-Drive

Has anybody stayed at this hotel? We are going here at the end of May, have tried looking through these threads but can only find Comfort Inn LBV or Comfort Suites. I believe it is a new place or is it part of the Comfort Suites?
Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't stayed at this particular branch , but I've used a lot of the other Comfort Inns and have always found them to be clean, reasonable facilities and good value for money. .
