Our wait list came thru....but I don't know which one! There was a message on the machine when we got home this evening. I was waitlisted for either one extra day at VWL or for the entire trip, including the extra day at BCV. I suspect it was probably the first, but I don't care....at least it happened. Stay tuned....I'm calling MS first thing in the morning!

P.S. I did the happy dance right there in my kitchen!!

Looks like I'll be calling MS this morning also. Nothing yet on my waitlist for Nov 30-Dec 4. Booked at BCV, want to move to BWV in any view studio. MS said they will call when it opens up, but since I am going to be traveling a lot until mid-Sept I think I will just have them do it automatically now. I don't want to chance missing a call when I am in WDW or on Cape Cod. Here's hoping it comes through soon.

I wasn't on a waitlist but had some pixi dust come my way. I called yesterday for an impromptu trip and was lucky to get a gv for seven nights the end of August at OKW. We are thrilled!

I was waitlisted for 1 night on 11/23 and it came through but they called on Thursday night and I just got the message tonight.

Strange thing is they were supposed to call my cell phone number and they didn't..... So I guess I will have to waitlist AGAIN.....it's so irritating I specifically told them to call my cell #

Mac3, What resort and type of accommodation were you waiting for? I'm waitlisted for 1bd at SSR on the same night, but I'd been on the list for only 3 weeks. I wonder if it will come through.

Maribel, I already had a Prefered Studio for 11/24-11/30 then we decided to head out a day earlier. I had booked a room at PC but decided I just want to drop my bags and go. So it was a referred studio @ BWV.

We wanted to extend our original BCV stay (12/25-12/30) to Jan 6, 2006.



Our wait was for a studio and I booked it this morning!

In April, we booked our first trip home in Oct to BWV for 1BR, BW view. We are waitlisted for our first night (10/10) and our last night (10/20).

We have PV booked for those nights, but it will be a bummer if we have to move twice! If the last night hasn't come thru by the time we need to book airfare, we may just cancel that night and go home a day early.

With the great airfare sale, we booked flights Sunday and cancelled our 1BR PV (and our waitlist for the BW view) for 10/20 on Monday. I just couldn't see possibly needing to move the day before we went home , so we cut our trip short by a day. I guess we can live with ONLY 10 nights for our first trip home. I hope someone from DIS got that 10/20 1BD BWV that they were waitlisted for!

Still waiting for 10/10 1BD BW view. With all the requests for "confirmed reservations" on the rent/trade board, it sure looks like inventory is tight for Oct & Nov.

We were waitlisted for 11/10 studio at SSR, it only took 2 weeks and it came through. We had 11/11-13 and just needed that last day.
Must have been the threat of receiving the pixie dust from here so they just gave it to us........anyway it worked out....Thanks for the thought.

Yes, we will, but I'll be surprised if we get it. I did not wait day-by-day for that one because DH hates changing resorts. So it's all or nothing at BCV.

My wait list for Aug 21-26 BWV studio came thru. Got confirmation in the mail a few weeks ago. Wasn't thrilled with staying at VWL since we're splitting our stay and heading over to AKL CL on the 26th.

I called to add one more night, March 30 (already booked 3/31 thru 4/07) standard view at BWV. When I booked the 7 nights last week I was surprised there were any standard studios left being spring break and all but happy to get it.If it doen't come thru I'll be happy anywhere.....but feel pretty confident that it will this far out and only 1 night.

We have a 2 bedroom at the BCV from Dec 3 - 11 EXCEPT for the night of the Dec 6 (Tuesday). It would be so good to get that one night!!!!! I called at the 7 day mark day by day for that reservation but nothing yet for that one night. I'm beginning to wonder if it's because it's a MVMCP night.

A M A Z I N G !!!

My waitlist came through for October 9!! I am shocked as this is the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend! I wasn't expecting it to come through and I had the night reserved for cash just in case. When the confirm arrived in the mail yesterday, DH called me in the car and said... "GUESS WHAT!!"

Very happy to be saving the $450 on the room for the night!
