Hello everyone--I hate to be the bearer of bad news--but Fairykin--who traded with several of you--passed away this afternoon. She had contracted the swine flu and due to her asthma was not able to fight it--she got double pneumonia and has been in the hospital since last Monday.

I got my daughter a Kirsten doll off ebay, and hid it away for Christmas, but she has since declared that she only wants Ruthie. Now that they've announced Kirsten's pending retirement, there is such an influx of Kirstens for sale that I hate to turn around and re-list her. I'm not looking to rip anyone off or make a fortune on it. So, I remembered about this trading thread. Maybe there's someone out there who needs/wants a Kirsten doll and has something useful in exchange.

Hi everyone.
I just thought I'd put it out there, if anyone needs clothing sized 4-8, jeans sweaters, shirts, anything, I have six large garbage bags full waiting in the closet to go to a nice home. Many items are brand name, hollister, A and F, Aeropostale, etc. I do live in Michigan, so shipping would be a factor, but I'm so willing to get this stuff out of here. I am looking for...anything! Of course, anything Disney, preferably geared towards adults but we're children at heart. I also love books, jewlery, really anything. I mostly just want these clothes out of here, and hopefully to give someone some nice things to wear. There is nothing wrong with these clothes, I just have tooooooo many. I have an extra copy of the CARS Blu-Ray! it is unwrapped BUT the Disney Movie rewards card is still in there and un-used!!! I have no idea how ai bought two but when I was organizing the movies this weekend I found it!!!!

Will trade for: Something for my DD(5) she is all girl!!! Hannah, Jonas, Princesses, Etc... She is a size 8-10. Would also trade for Blu Ray I dont have... Hunting stuff Fishing stuff for Hubby or Horse stuff for me or ??????

We had to cancel our trip due to some financial problems, & kids were heartbroken, ME TOO!
Then a great friend offered to send my family to Disney after all!
There really are miracles, and angels.


So now we need some stuff for the trip, but I need to find it cheaply. So I have found some stuff to trade if anyone is interested.

Fanny packs (2 small child sizes in Tink, Princesses, something Disney and girly), (1 adult, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, ?).

Vintage Mickey Ear hat (someone purchased for my Great Grandmother on a trip to WDW sometime in the 80s) great for a collector. It's got an adjustable mesh back like a trucker hat, the front has a vinyl mickey face from the nose up, and plush ears. Cute.

I have a gift certificate for one person to do the Wahoo Ziplines in Sevierville, TN. The regular cost per person is $89 plus tax (around 12%) per person.

My family went the week leading up to Christmas and had a wonderful time. Our gift certificate was for 4 people, but since I've been going to physical therapy for a ruptured disk, I wasn't up to it. My husband, daughter, and son-in-law had a ball though!

I assumed that I would just lose the extra person, but they gave my daughter another certificate good for the one person we didn't use. It expires in July 2010.

I'm open to suggestions for trades, but I don't have any small children so toys wouldn't do me much good. My daugher wears a size misses 6 or 8 - tall is even better (not interested in Disney themes at all). I wear a 3X, and DH wears an XL.
