If you are interested in an item do you just send a PM and offer them a gift card for a specific amount or an item to trade? I'm just trying to figure out the protocol and would appreciate any advice you can all offer. Thanks in advance.

I am desperately seeking a Dumbo lovey/blankie that was sold at the Disney Store about 2 years ago. My 20 month old DS is so attached to his and it is falling apart. It is basically Dumbo's head with a small blankie attached to it. I would trade for any GC you would like! Please PM me if you think you have this blanket and would like to trade for a GC. Oh my....that is it!!! I can't believe it... they want $54 plus shipping!!! I feel like hitting myself right now because I didn't buy another one when I had the chance (paid $8!!). I bought it for my DS before he was born....and now we cannot go anywhere without Dumbo. It is attached to his hand like an extra finger! Is this a testament of my love if I will spend $54 to get him another one???? DH is going to flip!

Mine says 35 plus shipping. Maybe you meant 54 with shipping. I hope this works out for you- or you find a cheaper one. I can't imagine. But atleast you know there's one out there to be had!

Sorry! I updated the post with a cheaper one. The first one I posted was $54 plus shipping. The new link is $35 plus $5 shipping. Insanely priced, YES - but a small price to pay if you lose the original Dumbo.

Loveys are big business on ebay. I've seen some go for over $100! I guess I am lucky that the only thing DS21months is attached to is his thumb (and his Mommy).

Oh, he would know the difference alright! I also bought him a really soft baby jaguar blankie when he was born and tried to use both blankies so he wouldn't have a preference, but unfortunately it did not work. I did look on Ebay and there seems to be about 3 auctions....$54.99 (new) and then $49.99 and $34.99(used). Guess I will have to think about it and decide what to do before some other crazy and desperate mom buys them Thanks!
